E‑LIFT™ Series Electric Intelligent Balancers
E‑LIFT Electric Intelligent Balancers use servo-controlled lifting technology to help operators position loads precisely. Current EIS models use an inline slide-control handle and are available in capacities from 80 to 600 kg (176 to 1,323 lb).
Depending on the model and application, intelligent balancers can provide:
- Variable-speed lifting and lowering
- Float Mode for direct, controlled positioning of a supported load
- Programmable virtual upper and lower limits
- Overload, anti-recoil, and power-loss protection
- An in-handle display for operating information and approved settings
Important: Only trained and authorized personnel should install, configure, or service an E‑LIFT Electric Intelligent Balancer. Follow the applicable product and safety manuals for the model in use.
To learn more about the available models and features, see Explore E‑LIFT Electric Intelligent Balancers.
For everyday operation, including Float Mode, load handling, and emergency-stop use, see Operating an E‑LIFT Electric Intelligent Balancer.
For inspection requirements, see Inspecting and Maintaining an E‑LIFT Electric Intelligent Balancer.
If the balancer does not move as expected, displays an alarm, or has another operating issue, see Troubleshooting an E‑LIFT Electric Intelligent Balancer.
EVLK Series E‑LIFT™ Electric Chain Hoists
EVLK Series E‑LIFT Electric Chain Hoists are designed to lift and lower loads in industrial applications. Models are available from ½ to 5 tons and may be configured with a hook suspension, plain trolley, or motorized trolley.
EVLK hoists include features such as:
- Dual-speed lifting with adjustable low-speed control at the pendant
- Permanent-magnet motor and variable-frequency-drive control
- Mechanical braking, overload protection, and upper and lower limit switches
- IP55-rated hoist and IP65-rated pendant
- Chain-hoist configurations for stationary or traveling applications
Safety Notice: E‑LIFT equipment is not designed to lift, support, or transport people. Do not exceed the rated capacity of the equipment, lift people, use damaged equipment, or perform unapproved modifications.
For model and configuration information, see Explore EVLK Series E‑LIFT Electric Chain Hoists.
Operators should use Operating an EVLK Electric Chain Hoist Safely for pre-use checks, pendant operation, safe lifting practices, and emergency-stop information.
