[TSB] - IL2022-001 MLK/HLK Vanes interchangeability

Issue Description: 

MLK and HLK series hoists have different vanes, which is indicated in their parts manuals. However, the vane and spring kit listed in the MLK parts manual (MLK-K4243-7) and the vanes listed in the HLK parts manual (MR-42-7) can be used interchangeably as both hoists have the same rotor.

Part # MLK-K4243-7 includes the vanes and a spring kit, which would allow better low speed spotting control of the hoist. In addition, the vanes in MLK-K4243-7 feature a notch, which allows the spring to sit on the vane. The vane and spring kit is included in the MHLK-HSK rebuild kit, used on both the HLK and MLK series hoists. By replacing MR-42-7 with MLK-K4243-7, there would be no reduction in performance.

Part # MR-42-7 includes just the vanes and is standard to the HLK series hoists. Figure 1 below highlights the visual differences between the two. Both parts manuals are attached as files for reference.

Material Disposition:

Hold material 30 days for warrantable repairs, and follow instructions in the Warranty system for material return or discard.  If non-warrantable, dispose of parts properly in accordance with local regulations.
