[FAQ] - Air Hoist Pendant Controls

Question

What Pendant Control options are available for the 7700, 7900, CLK, MLK, and HLK Series Air Hoists and what are the part numbers for the associated Pendant Assemblies, Pendants, and Hose Assemblies?

Environment

To assist customers and Distributor, Sales, and Technical Support personnel with the proper selection of the most appropriate Hoist Pendant Controls for the customer application.

Answer

For applications requiring a Pendant Handle instead of the standard Pull Chain Controls for the up/down motion control on a Hoist and/or the forward/reverse motion on a Trolley, use the following chart to select the appropriate Pendant Handle Assembly or combination of Pendant Handle and Hose Assembly for a specific hoist series.  

Please note that the standard length for Pendant controls is 6 ft. in most cases.  When a part number contains a set of parentheses, ( ), the specific length of hose can be specified in feet.

ɸ = Standard Pull Chain Control is available: Part Number 40004-( ) where length can be added in feet.
